10. Place the inner support ring at the socket of the carat tube, about 20mm away from the wrong end of the carat tube. Pipe diameter >= DN 800.

All this work must be done before welding.

11. Place the locking chain or tension belt in the fixing slot at the socket. The chain fixing block should be staggered from the welding wire connection at least 25cm away.

14. Connect the two ends of the welding wire to the two wing electrodes of the electric fusion welder.

Pay attention to the welding process do not force the welding wire, so as not to cause short circuit.

15. Start welding by reading the code or manually entering welding parameters.

16. When the welding time is over 2/3, the chain should be adjusted and tightened again to make the welding more firm.

17. After welding, use waterproof pen to make marks (label, date, welding voltage, time, welder model, etc.). Remove the electrode.

18. Do not move the clat during the cooling process.

19. After the end of cooling (about 40 minutes, according to the ambient temperature), remove the tensioning chain and inner support ring.
